Mitchell's Place summer camps are a great place for high functioning children ages 7-18 to interact, have fun, make friends and work on social skills in a nurturing, safe environment. Each summer is divided into 4 two week sessions, each with its own theme.

Participants will enjoy thme related games, activites and field trips under the supervision of experienced and caring staff. Past in-house activites have included visits from the McWane Center's outreach program, group art projects with VSA Arts of Alabama and sports lessons from various athletes. There are also indoor and outdoor games and educational activities. Past field trips have included the Brimingham Zoo, the McWane Center and swimming. Regardless of theme or activities, camp promises to be a fantastic adventure!
